This online clearinghouse of resources is available to both chapter and national members and is designed to help members build, grow and guide their local chapter’s development and activity. The Chapter Leader Extranet
The Chapter Leader Extranet provides a one-stop shop for chapter leaders, with documents, resources, and interactive tools, such as calendars, targeted discussion threads, and more. With the Chapter Leader Extranet, USGBC hopes to take collaboration among chapter and regional leaders and national staff to the next level.
Whether you are a chapter officer or board member, or regional council representative, lead a local green building advocacy campaign, or are chair of your chapter’s program committee, the Extranet is for you. Because of its nature, the Chapter Leader Extranet is accessible only to chapter leaders. If you do not have access currently but would like to, please contact your chapter chair or e-mail chapters@usgbc.org with your request.
With the development of the Chapter Leader Extranet, the members-only Chapter Resource Center will be phased out. Although “public” resources will continue to be available on usgbc.org, the majority of leader-oriented materials will be housed on the extranet.
